Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with FineRoom. This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on our U.S. store.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated transit times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped. Carrier or weather delays may extend delivery times.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Address Accuracy & Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors. If you need to request a change, contact us immediately; we cannot guarantee updates after an order has been processed.
Damages & Lost Packages
FineRoom is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged or is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging and the damaged items for the claim process, and notify us so we can assist.
Split Shipments & Backorders
For faster delivery, items may ship separately at no additional cost. If an item is backordered, we will notify you with the updated estimated ship date.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping outside the United States.
